请问你安装了 scws 主程序了吗？ /usr/local/scws /usr/local/scws/lib/libscws.so 存在？ 也就是 scws-1.1.3.tar.bz2 解压后应先在主目录下安装 scws，然后再进入 phpext/ 来安装

看了提示是卡在 check library，也有可能是 m4 之类的不兼容，汗。。。手上没有BSD8.1还测不了，autoconf系统的工具兼容性很讨厌。
